The Galaxy Chart provides an AI-powered algorithmic trading software system. Our services include:

3. Eligibility
To use our services you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where forex trading is prohibited
- Have a funded trading account with a minimum of $3,000
4. Subscription & Payment
- Our current plan is available at $500 — One Time Payment
- Payment must be completed before account activation
- Your account will be activated within 72 hours of payment confirmation
- All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new customers
5. Account Activation & Setup
- After payment confirmation our team will contact you within 72 hours
- You are required to provide access to your trading platform for installation
- You must have MT4 or MT5 installed and a funded broker account ready
- A VPS server is strongly recommended for uninterrupted 24/7 trading
- You must turn off the software during major news events to reduce risk
6. Risk Acknowledgement
By using The Galaxy Chart you acknowledge and agree that:
- Forex and algorithmic trading involves substantial financial risk
- Past performance of our system does not guarantee future results
- You may lose part or all of your invested capital
- The Galaxy Chart is a software tool and does not provide financial advice
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes
- We strongly recommend only trading with capital you can afford to lose
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our software
- Share your account credentials with any third party
- Use our software for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to manipulate or interfere with our system
- Make false or misleading claims about our services
8. Intellectual Property
All content on The Galaxy Chart website including text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of The Galaxy Chart. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Galaxy Chart shall not be liable for:
- Any trading losses incurred while using our software
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Technical issues arising from third-party broker platforms or VPS services
- Market volatility or broker execution issues beyond our control
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate any of these Terms & Conditions
- We detect fraudulent or abusive activity
- You share your account with unauthorised users
- You request a chargeback or payment dispute
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
