Our software is a digital product delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital software and algorithmic trading systems, all sales are generally final once the software has been installed and activated.


3. Eligibility for Refund

Technical Non-Delivery — If our team was completely unable to install or activate your software within 7 business days of payment despite repeated attempts

Duplicate Payment — If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order

Service Not Provided — If we failed to deliver the agreed service with no reasonable explanation


4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
